What's included

Meals, coffee & lodge snacks

Three nutritious meals each day, made with fresh local ingredients. Morning coffee, nonalcoholic beverages, snacks at the lodge, and filtered drinking water are included.

Lodging at Four Trees Jungle Lodge

Your selected shared or private room at our hilltop eco lodge. Private rooms have their own bathrooms and balconies overlooking the jungle. Shared bedrooms have access to a shared full bathroom and an additional private indoor/outdoor hot-water shower.

Local pro surf guides & coaching

Surf outings planned around the conditions and the group's ability, with local knowledge and guidance to help you progress.

Daily video feedback

Review your footage with the coaches and take something specific into your next session.

Full photo & video package

Your guest photo and video package is included and provided at the end of the trip.

Airport pickup within the arrival window

Pickup from Managua Airport (MGA) is included for guests whose flights arrive April 19, 2027, between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Managua local time. Contact us before booking a flight outside this window.

Daily beach transportation

Transportation to and from the beach each day.

Sailboat outing

A day on the water with the crew, with time to swim, relax, and enjoy the coast.

Surfboard rentals for beginners & longboarders

Surfboard rentals are included for beginners and longboarders. We recommend bringing your own board—the one you feel most comfortable riding.

Beginner boards and longboards are included. We recommend bringing your own board if you have one you prefer.

Getting there

Book your flight to Augusto C. Sandino International Airport in Managua, Nicaragua (MGA). Managua is the airport where we arrange retreat pickups. Flights are not included in the retreat price.

Included airport pickup window: April 19, 2027, between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Managua local time. Aim for an arrival around noon when possible. Please contact us before booking a flight outside this window.

We will coordinate your included airport pickup with a local driver and group guests arriving within the window. Send us your flight number and scheduled arrival time after booking; driver and meeting details will be shared before the trip.

Airport pickup is included when your flight arrives within the stated window. For arrivals outside this window, contact us before booking to confirm arrangements and any additional costs. Allow time after landing for immigration, baggage collection, and customs. The flight arrival window is not the car's departure time.

Airline schedules can change. Confirm the arrival time for your travel date before purchasing your ticket. Contact us to coordinate early arrivals, later flights, or an overnight stay before the retreat.

Beach days, taken care of.

Daily transportation to and from the beach is included. Our local transportation crew helps get everyone and their boards to the day's surf spot.

Extra trips to town can be arranged with a local driver at an additional cost.

Travel insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own policy. Look for coverage that includes your planned surfing activities, emergency medical care and evacuation, and trip cancellation or interruption. A final packing list will be sent before the trip.

Booking & cancellation

Shared room: $2,000 per guest. Private room: $3,000 for one guest; two guests share the room for $4,000 total. Deposits are $500 per person: $500 for a solo booking or $1,000 for two guests sharing a private room.

Your remaining balance is due February 18, 2027, 60 days before departure. Bookings within 60 days require full payment.

We recommend arranging travel insurance appropriate for your trip and surf activities.

Booking for two? Both guests must complete their details and sign separate waivers. If you book for one now, contact Phase to add a second guest later for $1,000. The new guest signs their own waiver and pays a $500 deposit; the remaining $500 is due with the retreat balance.
